《關(guān)于廢止部分政府規(guī)章的決定》已經(jīng)2017年 11月12日邯鄲市人民政府第14次常務(wù)會(huì)議審議通過(guò)，現(xiàn)予公布，自公布之日起施行。

The Decision of Handan Municipal People's Government on Repealing Some Government Rules, which was adopted on the 14th executive meeting of Handan Municipal People’s Government on November 12, 2017, is hereby promulgated and shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.

Decision of Handan Municipal People's Government on Repealing Some Government Rules

為進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)簡(jiǎn)政放權(quán)，轉(zhuǎn)變政府職能，維護(hù)法制統(tǒng)一，市政府決定廢止6件政府規(guī)章：

In order to further streamline administration procedures, transform government functions and maintain the consistency of the socialist legal system, the local government decides to repeal the following six sets of government rules:

一、邯鄲市公路旅客運(yùn)輸管理辦法（1995年5月11日邯鄲市人民政府第30次常務(wù)會(huì)議審議通過(guò)，1995年5月31日邯鄲市人民政府令第44號(hào)公布，2002年10月30日邯鄲市人民政府令第93號(hào)、2010年12月20日邯鄲市人民政府令第135號(hào)、2013年1月16日邯鄲市人民政府令第141號(hào)修正）。

I.  The Measures of Handan Municipality on the Administration of Road Passenger Transportation (Adopted at the 30th executive meeting of Handan Municipal People’s Government on May 11, 1995; Promulgated by the order No.44 of Handan Municipal People’s Government on May 31, 1995; Amended by the order No.93 of Handan Municipal People’s Government on October 30, 2002; Amended by the order No.135 of Handan Municipal People’s Government on December 20, 2010; Amended by the order No.141 of Handan Municipal People’s Government on January 16, 2013).

二、邯鄲市制止牟取暴利實(shí)施辦法（1995年8月2日邯鄲市人民政府第34次常務(wù)會(huì)議審議通過(guò)，1995年8月8日邯鄲市人民政府令第53號(hào)公布，1999年1月11日邯鄲市人民政府令第75號(hào)、2002年10月30日邯鄲市人民政府令第93號(hào)、2010年12月20日邯鄲市人民政府令第135號(hào)修正）。

II. The Implementation Measures of Handan Municipality on the profiteering curb (Adopted at the 34th executive meeting of Handan Municipal People’s Government on August 2, 1995; Promulgated by the order No.53 of Handan Municipal People’s Government on August 8, 1995; Amended by the order No.75 of Handan Municipal People’s Government on January 11, 1999; Amended by the order No.93 of Handan Municipal People’s Government on October 30, 2002; Amended by the order No.135 of Handan Municipal People’s Government on December 20, 2010).

三、邯鄲市城市房地產(chǎn)中介服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)管理辦法（2001年4月30日邯鄲市人民政府第67次常務(wù)會(huì)議審議通過(guò)，2001年5月6日邯鄲市人民政府令第90號(hào)公布，2007年10月8日邯鄲市人民政府令第119號(hào)修正）。

III. The Measures of Handan Municipality on the Administration of Urban Real Estate Brokerage Firms (Adopted at the 67th executive meeting of Handan Municipal People’s Government on April 30, 2001; Promulgated by the order No.90 of Handan Municipal People’s Government on May 6, 2001; Amended by the order No.119 of Handan Municipal People’s Government on October 8, 2007)

四、邯鄲市節(jié)約能源監(jiān)察辦法（2007年7月31日邯鄲市人民政府第59次常務(wù)會(huì)議審議通過(guò)，2007年8月31日邯鄲市人民政府令第117號(hào)公布）。

IV. The Measures of Handan Municipality on the Supervision of Energy Conservation (Adopted at the 59th executive meeting of Handan Municipal People’s Government on July 31, 2007; Promulgated by the order No.117 of Handan Municipal People’s Government on August 31, 2007).

五、邯鄲市營(yíng)業(yè)性演出管理暫行規(guī)定（2007年12月11日邯鄲市人民政府第63次常務(wù)會(huì)議審議通過(guò)，2007年12月21日邯鄲市人民政府令第123號(hào)公布）。

V. The Interim Provisions of Handan Municipality on the Administration of Commercial Performances (Adopted at the 63rd executive meeting of Handan Municipal People’s Government on December 11, 2007; Promulgated by the order No.123 of Handan Municipal People’s Government on December 21, 2007).

六、邯鄲市餐飲服務(wù)從業(yè)人員健康檢查管理辦法（2013年3月1日邯鄲市人民政府第71次常務(wù)會(huì)議審議通過(guò)，2013年4月1日邯鄲市人民政府令第143號(hào)公布）。

V. The Measures of Handan Municipality on the Administration of Health Examinations for Catering Service Practitioners (Adopted at the 71st executive meeting of Handan Municipal People’s Government on March 1, 2013; Promulgated by the order No.143 of Handan Municipal People’s Government on April 1, 2013).
